Extruded Aluminium Corner Joint (Lx24.8)

Aluminum Punch Fixer (L×24.8) is made from an extruded aluminum fixer profile, cut to 26.8 mm for punching. It is inserted into the frame profile channel and, using a hydraulic punching press, creates a 90° mechanical lock in the profile wall.
Thanks to its precise design and larger contact surface, it is ideal for corner joints with limited space but requiring high strength, ensuring stable connections in decorative and industrial aluminum frames.
