At Alaks, we believe that true product quality is only completed through proper installation and the use of the full range of hardware components. Our “Golden Warranty” is more than just a paper commitment; it guarantees the flawless performance of your door and window systems throughout a full decade of continuous use.

Conditions for Benefiting from the Golden Warranty:

This warranty covers all door and window hardware products within the Alaks product portfolio. To qualify for this 10-year coverage, the following conditions must be strictly met:

• Use of the complete product set: The warranty applies only to projects in which all door and window components and hardware are supplied from the Alaks product range.
• Technical approval: Prior to commissioning, the performance of the hardware must be inspected and approved by the Alaks Quality Control (QC) unit.
• Installation standard compliance: Components must be installed strictly in accordance with the technical standards issued by Alaks’s Technical Department. Any installation nonconformity that leads to premature wear shall void the warranty.

Scope of Service Coverage:

In the event of any functional issue or technical defect attributable to the quality of the hardware, Alaks undertakes to remedy the defect or replace the affected parts at no cost whatsoever.

• Warranty period: A full 10 years from the date of installation and final project approval.
• Claim handling: Upon your contact, our technical experts will attend the site in the shortest possible time to inspect the issue and carry out the required corrective action.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The Alaks Golden Warranty guarantees optimal hardware performance; however, the following are excluded from coverage:

• Failures caused by improper use or physical impact.
• Defects resulting from non-standard installation not compliant with Alaks technical requirements.
• Issues whose root cause is not related to hardware quality, such as structural defects in the profile or incorrect window dimensions.

Important note: Items repaired or replaced under this warranty will not benefit from an extension of the warranty period and will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty term.
